Do I get repeat or share leads?
No shared or repeated leads are going to get provided on your database. However, there is a small percentage of online leads that won't be 100% accurate due to the nature of their registration, meaning that some leads won't leave their phone number or email, or they provided an invalid phone number, invalid name or invalid email address.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription can get cancelled at any time; however, the services already paid have to get consumed for the current month. Refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Can I get reimbursed for my subscription?
There are no reimbursements granted at this time due to the nature of our business. We paid third-party providers for their services in advance so we can provide you with online leads. Refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Do I get trained in how to use the CRM and the phone app?
Absolutely! You will receive comprehensive training in our systems, so you can start using your CRM online and on your phone almost immediately. You can even upload your previous client list in our CRM and be able to send them Email and SMS campaigns, text them directly from the app, and send them properties and alerts directly from your phone.
When my first payment will start?
All payments start on the first of each month. You will receive an invoice within three or four days prior to the due date to pay and receive your payment on the first of each month.
What happens if I sign up in the middle of the month?
Your payment will be divided between the remaining balance days of the month you signed up for any of our services. However, three or four days prior to the due date, you will receive a second invoice covering the full charge for the month ahead.
How soon shall I start receiving my online leads?
After the onboarding process gets completed and your Real Estate Board approves your signup request through our CRM partner, you should start getting online leads within 1 or 2 days.
What happens if I cancel my subscription and I got enroll in a premium account?
As long as your account remains open for the full year, we will grant you access to the full services. We will grant you the services offered in the premium accounts. However, if you decide to cancel your account prior to covering the full year and do not use your services, such services won't be redeemed or paid in any way or reimbursed back to your account. We would love for you to take advantage of the extra services offered in the premium accounts. Refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
If I do not use my extra services in my premium account, can I transfer those services to my friend?
Unfortunately no. The services are designed to work only under your name and under your brokerage. There is no transfer of services or redeem them towards other real estate salespersons, friends or family. Refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
